On December 8, 2025, members of UBS Brazil visited the headquarters of ABRAPEC – Brazilian Association for Assistance to People with Cancer, in Jundiaí, to learn more about the important work carried out by the institution. The experience was deeply inspiring and provided a firsthand look at the dedication, care, and sensitivity with which the ABRAPEC team supports patients and families facing the challenge of cancer.
ABRAPEC is a non-profit institution that offers comprehensive and free support to people undergoing cancer treatment and their families. Its work ranges from social and psychological assistance to guidance, support, and activities that help people face such a delicate process with greater confidence, dignity, and well-being.
During the visit, the UBS Brazil team was able to tour the facilities, understand how the care service is structured, and hear moving testimonials about the real impact the institution has on the lives of those who need it. Seeing this work up close was a special and deeply moving moment.
