On September 28, UBS continued to celebrate its 30th anniversary, but this time at the headquarters in Vilassar de Mar with an emotional Family Day, where employees and their families came together to commemorate three decades of success and commitment.
This special event, filled with recreational activities and moments of connection, allowed workers to share with their loved ones the pride of working for a leading company in labeling and coding solutions.
During the event, various activities were held, including a gymkhana that allowed participants to explore the UBS facilities and showcase their workplaces to their families. At the end, they received a commemorative bag to celebrate the 30th anniversary.
Inflatables were set up for the little ones, along with a magician and a face painting workshop, creating a festive atmosphere. There were also target games, including rugby ball throws, soccer, and basketball. Finally, the racing simulators provided an exciting driving experience.
To ensure nothing was missing, two Food trucks were set up: one offered fries and hot dogs, while the other served crepes and various drinks. Additionally, a DJ kept the event lively with a mix of music, ranging from current hits to classic favorites.
The event concluded with an exciting Ping Pong tournament, where employees and their families competed for the UBS 30th anniversary trophy, creating an atmosphere filled with energy and sportsmanship.
This event aimed to recognize not only the employees but also their families, who play a vital role in the organization’s success. Their support and dedication to the employees are essential for fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
